In order of walking distance: Abule-Oja (5 to 10 minutes, directly beside campus), Akoka (10 to 20 minutes, the largest supply of student housing), then Onike, Iwaya and inner Yaba (15 to 30 minutes or a short bus ride). The closer the area, the faster rooms sell out and the higher the price for the same room type.
As at 2026: bed spaces in shared rooms range from about N150,000 to N400,000 per session, private single rooms from about N300,000 to N550,000 per year, and self-contained units from about N450,000 to N850,000 per year. Rooms within 10 minutes of the gates command the top of each range.
